Welcome! I'd love for you to get to know a little bit about me before we embark on this very intimate and memorable journey leading up to what is for some women the most important day of their life.

So, here's my story.

UNLIKE MOST MAKEUP ARTISTS WHO HELD A MAKEUP BRUSH BEFORE THEY HELD A CRAYON, MY STORY IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT.

Growing up in a strict Indian household, makeup wasn’t the norm. But this never stopped me from creeping into my mom’s room and playing with whatever makeup she had laying around. Though she didn’t have much, I managed, with my creative tactics to "glamify" myself. During those later years, which I like to call my experimental phase, I used my self-taught skills to make my face look flawless, and meticulously match and blend my eyeshadows to the day’s ensemble. No one had any idea how I got my face to look so flawless! Once girlfriends began asking that I do their makeup, it was then that I realized I not only had a gift for this but also a passion that wouldn’t stop at anything!

I spent the next few years of my life trying to do things that I felt were traditionally accepted, but I didn't enjoy any of it at all.

I always knew that I loved hair and makeup but never really thought I could make a career out of something most would presume just a hobby. It wasn't until I got a bit older that I decided to pursue what I truly love. I started my career as a self-taught hair and makeup artist. As time went on, I knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing bridal hair and makeup. I eventually furthered my expertise by attending cosmetology school. This was one of the best decisions I had ever made! As I grow in the bridal industry, perfecting my craft is important to me. I attend workshops from renowned educators, celebrity artists as well as workshops held by top brands any chance I get. I literally eat, sleep and breathe makeup and hairstyling.

Ps- My mom now loves hair and makeup. Not a single day goes by where she doesn’t ask me to buy her a product or show her how to use it LOL!
